Insurance and Delivery 

Each item are insured by afKlingberg during the time from purchase until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, if you have specified a recipient who is not you then you accept that evidence of a signature by them. You are responsible of the item from the time we deliver the order to the address you gave us.

DHL can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that afKlingberg can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. On occasion, DHL may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.

 

Exchange

If you want to change size we are happy to help you. First contact afKlingberg at return@afklingberg.com include your order number and what size you want to reserve for you. When you do an exchange the shipping cost for the new item will be on us. Please follow the same routine as under returns. Always try shoes on a soft carpet, if used with marks on the soles you may not have the possibility to return them. As soon as we have received the item and the condition of the item is the same as sent out to you we will send the new item to you by the same way as in the original order.

 

Returns

Before returning any items please note that you need to contact afKlingberg at return@afklingberg.com. Anyhow, you have the rights within the EU to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. While returning an item the costs of the return shipping will be the same as the choice of your shipping while purchasing the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you received the goods. Please not, it is very important that the item is returned in the same condition as delivered to you. If the product or the package including the dustbag (which both are a considered part of the item) in anyway have signs of being used or in any way are damaged the product cannot be refunded.  Always try shoes on a soft carpet, if used with marks on the soles you may not have the possibility to return them. When returning an order from outside of the EU, please note that it is important to include the commercial invoice with the parcel (not in the parcel). This is to notify the customs that your order has been returned and that you are not to pay any taxes and duties. Please note that any additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. You are responsible for the shipping of the items back to afKlingberg. Items lost in the transportation will not be compensated for. When you have contacted afKlingberg for a return you will receive an email with a shipping bill for the return, be sure that the item(s) are securely in the original shipping box or equivalent. As soon as we have received the item in a good condition we will make the full return to you, except for the cost of the return shipment, by the same payment method used in the original transaction.

 

Claims

 

We work hard to make every product we send out to be perfect but if you anyhow have received a damaged item or want to make a return for other reasons caused by afKlingberg please contact us at shop@afKlingberg.com and we will help you to return the shipping and refund you the full amount.

If the shipping boxes are damaged while you receive the package from the DHL/PostNord you need to immediately check the inner package to see if this box is also damaged, if the item or the innerbox is damage you need to tell the deliverer before he leaves or make a claim to the place where you picked up the goods.

 

If a shoe have manufacturing defects, for instance a loose heel, a stay-on nail or other errors arising from production and the customer finds out about that up to 3 months from the time of purchase afKlingberg will take responsibility for the product by first controling if the item is possible to repair by the customer's nearest shoemaker. afKlingberg must give its permission and approve the cost before customers take the product  to be repaired. If not possible to repair afKlingberg will take the cost of returning the item and the sending another similar product. If the product is out of stock and the customer does not want anything silimar afKlingberg will make a full refund. afKlingberg can not be claimed or responsible for any event of illness, sprain, bone fractures that occur in connection with the use of afklingberg shoes.

Swedish law applies if any dispute arises.
