SHIPPING
After you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail which will include your order number. Once your package has left our warehouse you will get a second email with your tracking number to follow your order. Kindly not that we are shipping orders from Monday to Friday, with exceptions of Swedish holidays. All orders are being send with DHL except for Sweden, where you can choose to use PostNord. It is important that you include both your e-mailaddress and your cell phone number while placing an order as this is the way you will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup or delivery to your address. Please, note that if you want delivery to your doorstep with DHL you need to give an address where you can be reached during office hours, as all deliveries need a signature upon delivery. Also, leave your email address in case we need to reach you for any reason. Please note that afKlingberg aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or up to 72 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. afKlingberg is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any other event that is out of our control.

Orders within the European Union will not be subject to any additional charge as they are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).Orders outside European Union may be subject to local duties and taxes, which you are responsible for as they are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
TAXES OUTSIDE EU
Please contact us if you want to buy from a country outside EU, we will help you to take away the tax. You will receive a VOUCHER with the same amount as the tax in your country.
SHIPMENT PROBLEM
Please contact your specific carrier if your delivery has not arrived within the timeframe mentioned above or the order has been damaged during the shipment. Use your tracking number sent to you by email.

If we cannot deliver the order to you because of wrong information from you or if you refuse your order upon arrival we will deduct shipping fees or any fees such as duties and taxes on your refund.
